Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Account Executive with a proven track record of success in driving new business and market share growth. The right candidate will be a cold-calling pro, motivated to make lots of connections and generate new leads. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and execute your own business strategy to build business in your territory, while at the same time continue to develop your selling skills by leveraging a vast amount of company tools and resources to help ensure your short- and long-term success. Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic goals and oversee all sales activities for assigned sales territory.
  • Build new customer pipeline by making 40+ cold calls a day.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospective accounts.
  • Develop strong working knowledge of client business processes and common challenges, and be able to identify how M2 products and services can address our clients’ business needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota expectations.
  • Assist with development and coordination of marketing initiatives within region.
  • Track and report weekly on all sales activity within region using CRM and other reporting tools.
  • Take complete advantage of internal training, research and outside education resources to maintain and continually enhance your knowledge of the industry and the utilization of CRM and other resource management tools.

 

 

Qualifications


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience (AEC industry or software technology industry preferred but not required).
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and computer skills.
  • Demonstrated history of sales success and sales management.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel within sales territory as needed.
  • Knowledge of Autodesk and/or other BIM/CAD, GIS, and FM software preferred.
  • Driver’s License and access to a vehicle required based on travel requirements.
